Rate Overview
All repair requests will incur a one-time, non-refundable Diagnostic Fee. After diagnosis, an estimate of service hours and parts required will be provided, along with a likely repair timeline.
We will keep you informed throughout all phase of repair service and will apprise you immediately of any changes or additional diagnosis.
One-Time Service Rates:
- Diagnostic Fee - $100 non-refundable
- PC, Laptop & Tablet Repair - Parts + $40/hr Labor
- On-Site/Server Repair - Parts + $50/hr Labor
- Printer & Equiptment Repair - Parts + $35/hr
Contract Rates:
- Service Contracts are available
- Contract Rate based on those listed above
- Rates are negotiable based on size and duration of contract
